Below are some of the costs for hosting a funeral service at Calvary

If you choose to provide your own musician or do not need an audio / visual technician, then these costs will be waived.  Please make cheques out to the people who fulfill these rolls.  The cheque for Facilities, Custodial and Office Admin should be filled out to “Calvary United Church”.

Minister                                          Honorarium

Any amount with which you choose to bless the minister is most welcome.  Please give your honorarium directly to the minister.

Food for Funeral Reception   $100 plus cost of food

If you choose to include a reception after the funeral, the Calvary Funeral Food Co-ordinator will have the sum total for the cost of the food available on the day of the funeral reception.  Please contact the Funeral Food Co-ordinator for more information regarding food costs.  Please fill out this cheque to “Calvary United Church”.  

There will also be a $100 cost for the set up and take down of the gym for the reception.  This cheque should be made out to the person co-ordinating this activity.

Internment at Calvary United Cemetery          $700

This cost is for the grave opening / closing only for those buried at the Calvary United Cemetery in St. Jacobs.
