How I Ended Up Here:

Ever since I was in kindergarten I have known that I want to spend my life in a school. I spent many summers growing up attending Camp Bimini United Church Camp and quickly fell in love with the Christ-centered camp atmosphere. Since those days I have been a counsellor-in-training, a counsellor, a babysitter, an assistant camp director, and most recently, the Special Needs Coordinator at Silver Lake Camp. All of these positions have allowed me to serve children and youth in a variety of settings and have helped equip me for this new adventure I am embarking on! This past year God led me to many places that I never could have imagined myself being. By trusting in Him, I travelled to South America to do volunteer work in a developing country, I landed myself a job which allowed me to have the best summer of my life, and now, here I am, blessed to be taking on this new role at Calvary. I’m thrilled to see what God is going to do with our youth and watch His Kingdom grow.
